99 Construction LLC is a licensed and insured general contractor based in Naples, Florida. We serve homeowners and business owners across Southwest Florida who want a contractor that shows up, communicates clearly, and builds things right.
We started 99 Construction because we saw a gap in the Naples market: homeowners and business owners who needed a reliable, licensed contractor they could trust to manage the full project — not just one piece of it.
Too many clients come to us after a bad experience with a contractor who disappeared mid-project, failed an inspection, or delivered work that did not match the estimate. That is not how we operate.
Every project at 99 Construction gets a dedicated point of contact, a written scope and timeline, and a team that respects your property from the first day to the final walkthrough. We manage everything — permits, trades, inspections, cleanup — so you do not have to.
